Community Guidelines

These guidelines describe the behavior Lopaost expects from everyone who posts, messages, sells, streams, or gifts on the platform. They work alongside — and are legally part of — our Terms & Conditions, particularly sections 4 (Community Standards) and 26 (Digital Safety).

1. Why these guidelines exist

Lopaost is a shared space. What one person posts, sends, or sells affects everyone else on the platform. These guidelines exist so that space stays usable, and they apply everywhere on Lopaost: the feed, stories, reels, live streams, direct messages, group chats, channels, and the marketplace.

2. Be who you say you are

  • Use one account for yourself, unless it's clearly marked as a fan page, business page, or channel you manage.
  • Don't impersonate another person, brand, or organization.
  • Don't buy, sell, rent, or trade accounts, followers, or engagement.
  • Verification badges are earned, not purchased for the badge alone, and can be revoked — see section 20.

3. Respect and safety

We don't allow content or behavior that:

  • Harasses, bullies, threatens, or targets someone with repeated unwanted contact.
  • Promotes hatred or discrimination based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.
  • Encourages self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders. If you or someone you know is struggling, please reach out to a local crisis line or trusted professional — Lopaost isn't a substitute for emergency help.
  • Doxxes someone by sharing their private information without consent.

4. Protecting minors

Lopaost has zero tolerance for content that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits minors. This includes content that sexualizes minors in any way, grooming behavior, and any attempt to arrange contact with a minor for a harmful purpose. We remove this content immediately, act on the account, and report to relevant authorities where required or permitted by law. Money-related features (coins, gifts, marketplace, monetization) are restricted to users 18 and over, as described in section 2.

5. Nudity and sexual content

Sexual content prohibited by law, and non-consensual intimate imagery, are not allowed under any circumstances. Live streams and marketplace listings must not be used to solicit or advertise sexual services.

6. Violence and dangerous acts

We don't allow content that incites violence, glorifies terrorism or extremist organizations, provides instructions for weapons or dangerous acts intended to cause harm, or depicts graphic violence for shock value. We may remove such content and report it where required or permitted by law.

7. Spam, scams and manipulation

  • No unauthorized bots, bulk automated messaging, or engagement-farming schemes.
  • No phishing, fake giveaways, investment scams, or fraudulent payment requests.
  • Don't manipulate followers, likes, views, coins, gifts, or monetization thresholds — see the bypass protections described in section 43.
  • Repeated unsolicited promotional messages to people who haven't opted in are not allowed.

8. Intellectual property

Only post content you own or have permission to use. Respect copyright, trademarks, and other people's rights. We respond to properly submitted rights complaints as described in section 21, and repeat infringement can lead to account termination.

9. Marketplace and monetization integrity

  • List only products you have the legal right to sell, and describe them accurately.
  • Don't list counterfeit, stolen, illegal, or otherwise prohibited items.
  • Fulfil orders you accept, and communicate honestly with buyers about delivery and returns.
  • Don't attempt to bypass Lopaost's commission, payout limits, or verification checks on eBook or creator earnings.

10. Misinformation and impersonation

Don't knowingly spread false information designed to deceive or cause harm, and don't impersonate official Lopaost accounts, including the Lopaost AI assistant — see section 49. Content from official accounts is clearly identified and never constitutes financial, legal, or medical advice unless expressly stated.

11. How we enforce this

Enforcement is proportional to the severity and pattern of behavior, and can include:

ActionWhen it's typically used
Content removalA specific post, message, listing, or stream violates these guidelines.
WarningA first or minor violation, where education is likely to fix the behavior.
Feature restrictionTemporary loss of access to a specific feature (e.g. live streaming, messaging, marketplace).
Account suspensionRepeated or more serious violations.
Permanent terminationSevere violations, including harm to minors, credible threats, or serious fraud.

Serious violations — especially anything endangering a child, involving credible threats of violence, or large-scale fraud — can result in immediate, permanent action without a prior warning, as described in section 4 and section 10 of our Terms.

12. Reporting and appeals

If you see something that violates these guidelines, report it directly from the post, message, profile, or listing, or contact us — see Report a safety concern. Reports are reviewed against these guidelines and our Terms; false or malicious reports may themselves result in enforcement, as described in section 22. Where an appeal is available, you can request a review of an enforcement decision — see section 23.
